You show up for everyone. This is a night someone shows up for you.

Whether you're caring for aging parents, raising children, supporting a partner through illness, or holding it all together at work and at home — you deserve two hours where nobody needs anything from you.

Blooming Without Guilt is a respite night designed specifically for caregivers. Join psychiatrist and author Jennifer Reid, MD, and floral designer Sarah Gerber, founder of the women-owned Moorestown Flower School, for an evening of honest conversation, hands-on creativity, good food, and the company of women who understand.

How the Evening Flows

6:00 PM — Settle In Arrive, exhale, and enjoy food and non-alcoholic drinks as you meet other women in Sarah's welcoming studio.

6:15 PM — Book Talk with Dr. Reid Jennifer Reid, MD, will lead a 30-minute talk drawn from her book Guilt Free, focusing on the particular guilt that caregivers carry — the feeling that rest is selfish, that asking for help means failing, that you should be able to do more. She'll share insights from her psychiatric practice and open the floor for conversation.

6:45 PM — Floral Workshop with Sarah Gerber Sarah will guide you step by step through creating a seasonal flower arrangement. No experience needed. Work with your hands, learn something new, and let the conversation continue naturally around the table. This is the part where something shifts — you'll be making something beautiful, and it's just for you.

7:45 PM — Book Signing & Connection Dr. Reid will sign copies of Guilt Free, and you'll have time to exchange stories, swap contacts, or simply enjoy a few more quiet minutes before heading home — arrangement in hand.
