Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Flowers are one of the most perishable items available and our refund & cancellation policy is reflective of that.

  • Workshops: full refunds for tickets are available for cancellations made fourteen (14) business days or more before the workshop start date.

​

  • Workshops: cancellations made six (6) business days or fewer before the start date are eligible for workshop credit only. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within this timeframe. We have limited space. Your registration secures your spot. Flowers and supplies are ordered and the size of the space is adjusted when a ticket is ordered.

  • Floral delivery subscriptions: subscriptions can be canceled at any time with 14 days advanced notice. Cancelation requests should be sent via email to hello@moorestownflowerschool.com

  • ​Gift Certificates: are non-refundable and must be used by 1-year from issue date.

Refund Policy

​Floral Subscription Refund Policy – Satisfaction guaranteed. Any issues with your delivery must be reported within 24 hours, accompanied by an email and photographs of your flowers to receive a replacement order. Contact us with any concerns.​
